Identity Verification
We are legally required to verify your identity before processing any request by matching your submission credentials against our internal database records. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request.
Request Processing
Once we verify your identity, we will process your request within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to 45 additional days), we will notify you of the extension in writing.
Non-Retaliation Guarantee
We will never deny services, alter price tiers, or discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
